Samsung will launch the YP-R0 portable media player, the brother of the YP-R1. This new player features a 2.6-inch touchscreen display, FM tuner and 8GB internal memory. Common media formats are supported including MP3, OGG, WMA, ASF, FLAC, WAV, AAC audio; MPEG4, WMV video; JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF image files.
In addition to internal memory, the P-R0 has a microSD card slot. The PMP weighs just 60g. It will be priced at about 130 Euro.

Medion launches the Akoya Mini E1311 netbook PC that is basically identical to the E1312. The Akoya Mini E1311 packs an AMD Sempron 210U processor, 1GB RAM and 160GB hard drive. It gets ATI’s Radeon Xpress 1250 graphics chipset.
E1311 has a 11.6-inch LCD display and supports WiFi 802.11n and Bluetooth 2.1. There are also multi-in-1 card reader and a 1.3 Megapixel webcam. The Medion Akoya Mini E1311 is priced at GBP379.99.

LG launches in the US market its LH90 series LCD HDTV that is the first LCDs to receive THX Display Certification in the U.S. market. The LH90 Series offers built-in THX Movie Mode providing users with a one-button solution for experiencing studio color, black levels and clean signal processing.
LG’s LH90 series HDTV features full-array LED backlighting, a 2,000,000:1 Mega Contrast and the TruMotion 240Hz technology. It will be available in 55-, 47-, and 42-inch screen sizes that are priced at $3,199.95, $2,399.95, and $1,899.95 respectively.

UK company Medion offers the S1211 Hello Kitty netbook that has Hello Kitty logo on the lid and inside. This is not the first Hello Kitty netbook as we have seen Sotec’s before. The 10-inch netbook is powered by the commonly used Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, 1GB RAM, onboard GMA 950 graphics and a 160GB hard drive.
The Medion S1211 has a 10-inch LCD display. It supports WiFi 802.11b/g/n and has a VGA webcam, and a multi-in-1 card reader. A USB Bluetooth adapter will be included. The Hello Kitty netbook is available in Black (MD97006) and White (MD97005) and is priced at GBP349.99.

HP launches the 2709m Full HD LCD monitor. The 27-inch LCD display features 1920×1080 resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 30,000:1 dynamic contrast, 400 nits brightness, and 5ms reponse time.
The HP 2709m has built-in 2Wx2 speakers. It offers VGA, DVI-D and HDMI inputs. The 27-inch display is priced at $499.
