
Sprint introduces the new Motorola r765IS rugged mobile handset for its Nextel iDEN network. The r765IS is certified for Military Specification 810F requirements including humidity, high temperature, low temperature, dust shock, vibration, radiation, salt fog and blowing rain.
The Intrinsically Safe (IS) Motorola r765IS has a 130×130 64k color display amd supports iDEN 800/900 MHz network for Nextel Direct Connect, NextMail, interconnect and data. The phone packs also GPS receiver, Bluetooth, MMS support, and speakerphone. Sprint is going to offer the Motorola r765IS for under $2000.

BenQ updates its E-series LCD line with the new E2220HD and E2420HD Full HD LCD displays. Both of them include the Senseye 3 Technology that optimizes contrast, clarity, color, and motion at the touch of a button.
The 21.5-inch E2220HD and 24-inch E2420HD both feature 1920×1080 Full HD resolution, 300cd/m2 brightnes, 1000:1 contrast ratio and a blur-free response times (2ms GTG for E2420HD; 5ms for E2220HD). They are equipped with 1.5Wx2 speakers.
The E2220HD and E2420HD comes with a “class-leading 11 connectors” including two HDMI port, four USB ports, D-Sub, DVI and three audio connectors.

Stealth Computer introduces the new NW-2000 Warrior ruggued tablet notebook. This rugged mobile machines meets Military Standard MIL-810F specifications for shock and vibration and is IP54/NEMA13 environmentally protected.
The Stealth NW-2000 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo ULV 1.06GHz processor, 2GB RAM, onboard graphics and a 160GB hard drive. The Warrior has a 13.3-inch 1280×800 LCD touchscreen display with stylus, a DVD SuperMulti burner, fingerprint sensor, and GPS receiver. It supports Bluetooth and WiFi 802.11a/g/n.
The NW-2000 offers a SIM card connector, a SD card slot, a PC card slot, a RS-232 Port and backlit keyboard. It’s price starts at $4,895.

Sharp announced in Japan the new AQUOS DX2 HDTV line. Unlike the AQUOS DX series with just integrated Blu-ray player, the DX2 comes with integrated Blu-ray burner for video recording. The AQUOS DX2 will be available in several screen sizes, including 40-inch (LC-40DX2), 46-inch (LC-46DX2) and 52-inch (LC-52DX2) models with 1920×1080p Full HD resolution and 15,000:1 contrast ratio, and 26-inch (LC-26DX2) and 32-inch (LC-32DX2) with 1366×768 resolution and 7000:1 contrast.
Sharp’s AQUOS DX2 trancodes and compresses video into MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format and burn to Blu-ray or dual layer blu-ray discs. A dual layer Blu-ray disc can store up to 30 hours of HD video. Of course these HDTVs plays Blu-ray discs and supports BD-Live.
The Sharp AQUOS DX2 line will be released 10 September.

Dell launches three new LCD monitors, the 23-inch ST2310, 21.5-inch E2210H and the 20-inch E2010H. All of them are based on TN LCD panel.
The Dell ST2310 features 1920×1080 Full HD resolution, 250cd/m2 brightness, 5ms responsee time and 50,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. It has a sleek design and a slim, glossy black bezel. The ST2310 accepts HDMI, VGA and DVI inputs.
Dell’s E2210H 21.5-inch display offers 1920×1080 Full HD resolution while th 20-inch E2010H has 1600×900 resolution. Both business-oriented LCDs feature 250cd/m2 brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time. They have VGA and DVI-D inputs.
The ST2310 is priced at $299 and the E2210H and E2010H cost $259 and $139 respectively.
