edgar-onlineIt’s filing season and quarterly reports are flowing into the SEC in the newly mandated format, which is computer readable. How is it going? No major complaints, though a couple of issues have understandably surfaced for companies filing for the first time in this format. The good news is that the efforts of the US people working in co-operation with FASB and the SEC have resulted in direct links from the new reference database to the Codification.  There are a couple problems, however.
