
Packard Bell introduces the EasyNote DT85, a stylish 18.4-inch notebook PC. The HD-capable comes with a 18.4-inch large 1920×1080p Full HD LCD display and an Blu-ray drive as well as Dolby Sound Room technology.

The EasyNote DT85 is boosted by Intel Core 2 Duo processor, up to 4GB of DDR3 memory and either a 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT240 or a 512MB GeForece G210M graphics card for HD playback. It ha up to 1.25TB storage capacity. The device is also equipped with WiFi, a 1.3 Megapixel webcam, a 5-in-1 card reader, two speakers, and an optional TV tuner card. It comes with a multi-gesture touchpad for easy navigation, scrolling and zooming. A 8-cell battery will be included.
The Packard Bell EasyNote DT85 is priced at Euro 799.

Previously at the CEDIA UK, JVC showoffed its ultra slim LT-32WX50 LCD monitor and now the company announced at the CEDIA 2009 that the display 32-inch LCD display will be available in the US in November.
JVC LT-32WX50 features edged-light LED backlight system and is just 1/4-inch (6.4mm) deep at its thinnest point. The LED-backlit LCD features 4000:1 contrast ratio and covers a wide color gamut – 100 percent of sRGB and 90 percent of Adobe RGB. It offers six picture settings: home, retail, movie, monitor, SLR photo mode, game.
Other than two HDMI connections, the JVC LT-32WX50 provides also D-Sub and RS-232C connector. It will be released in November for $3000.

JVC introduces at the CEDIA 2009 the TH-BA1, a new speaker system consists of a low-profile front surround sound bar and wireless subwoofer. The black, low-profile sound bar includes four speakers, an amplifier and a sound processor.
The TH-BA1 sound bar and wireless subwoofer provide a total output power of 220W. It features built-in Dolby Digital, Dolby Pro Logic II and DTS decoding and offers virtual surround sound by utilizing JVC’s own front surround technology. The two outboard speakers deliver the left and right channel information, while the middle two speakers each deliver center channel information plus the surround/left and surround/right channels
JVC TH-BA1 will be available for $399.99.There is also the $699.99 TH-SB100 home theater system package that includes the TH-BA1 4.1-channle system and XV-BP1 Blu-ray Player.

At the CEDIA 2009, JVC announced that its GD-463D10 3D LCD monitor, which is already popular with major Hollywood studios, will now be available to the custom installation market. The 3D monitor utilizes Xpol polarizing filter method and battery-free passive circular polarizing filter glasses to deliver flicker-free 3D images.
The 46-inch JVC GD-463D10 is 1-1/2 inches (39mm) thin and offers a wide viewing angle permitting off-axis 3D viewing. It packs 3D decoder/formatter and high-quality 3D visual engine for reproducing high-quality images. It is compatible with industry standard line-by-line and side-by-side 3D video formats.
JVC GD-463D10 has a 1920×1080 resolution, 2000:1 native contrast ratio, 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. It has built-in 10Wx2 speakers and three 3D compatible HDMI inputs. The 3D LCD will come with 2 pairs of polarizing glasses. It is priced at $9153.

LG shows two series of wireless HDTVs, the 55LHX and LH85, at the CEDIA 2009. The 55-inch 55LHX is a slim wireless HDTV with LED-backligth while the LH85 series will be available in 55-inch 55LH85 and 47-inch 47LH85 models.
LG’s 55LHX and LH85 wireless HDTVs allows users to place the HDTV virtually anywhere in the room. A media box is supplied to ansmit an uncompressed Full HD 1080p signal with virtually no interference or delay directly to the TV and the HDTVs is able to receive the signal up to 30 feet away. That means, users simply connect all their multimedia devices such as cable box, Blu-ray/DVD player, game console to the media box, and begin their wireless entertainment experience.
LG 55LHX has attained the THX Display Certification and features 5,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, full-array LED backlighting with local dimming, and TruMotion 240Hz technology. The LH85, on the other hand, has 80,000:1 contrast ratio, 24p Real Cinema technology and USB 2.0 for access to MP3 music and JPEG images.
The LG 55LHX is priced at $4799 and the 55LH85 and 47LH85 cpost $3199 and $2399 respectively.
