AlterG launches the new M300 series Anti-Gravity Treadmill, “a revolutionary technology for rehabilitation and athletic training.” Allowing people to run and walk at a fraction of their body weight (reducing up to 80% of a person’s weight), AlterG’s Differential Air Pressure technology applies a precise and comfortable lifting force to the body, so people can move naturally and pain free.
Whether a weekend warrior recovering from surgery or a hardcore athlete training through an injury, AlterG M300 enables people to rehab faster, train like a pro, or even accelerate weight loss. Unlike tradition treadmills, user steps onto the Anti-Gravity Treadmill, raises the enclosure to their waist and zips into the air chamber that surrounds their lower body.
Two models will be shipped in November 2009 with a starting price of $24,500.
